After what was possibly the mildest February on record, spring already appears to have sprung here in Yorkshire and, fingers crossed, the good weather will continue through the year ahead.

The last few weeks have been particularly busy for the team at WH as we prepared for an audit. However, achieving a fantastic end result which you can read about later on was definitely worth all the hard work everyone put in.  

Here at WH we are committed to excellent customer service and are constantly striving to go the extra mile. As a result of feedback from many of you we have made a small, but hopefully useful, change to our sales order line. Look out for further information in the magazine.

This issue has some great offers and with Easter just around the corner there are plenty of ideas for those of you wising to stock up on ingredients and baking novelties to create an array of seasonal goodies.

Since 2007 British Pie Week has taken place at the beginning of March and this year is no exception. To celebrate, both Wrights and Pukka have a range of traditional favourites to choose from to satisfy the heartiest of appetites.

Last month’s deal on hot cross bun dough from Zeelandia continues throughout March and £10 off Arkady Multiseed Gold is an offer not to miss. Bridor have an introductory price reduction for their new Viennese pastries, the bear paw and the cinnamon swirl.
