Well the lovely weather earlier in the year certainly lulled us into a false sense of security before unleashing storm Gareth onto us last month. Hopefully we are over the worst and April will be glorious!

A late Easter this year means that there is still time to stock up on ingredients for the celebrations; head on over to the WH offers pages for special deals on chocolate mini eggs and new bake resistant toffee pieces, sure to satisfy the sweetest tooth. 

Of course, Easter wouldn’t be Easter without chocolate and in Dan’s guide to new products you can find out about the launch of a fantastic new chocolate by Callebaut which contains only 1% added sugar. This really could be a time to have your cake and eat it! 

As the popularity of vegan products increases, the need for a suitable, high quality alternative becomes greater. Baker’s Friend, a butter substitute suitable for vegans is one of these products and is available at a special price during April. 

This month Dawn Foods have two great deals with discounts on both flavoured frostings and a range of muffin and cake bases and, if you haven’t already entered, there is still a chance to win a trip to Amsterdam in their online competition.
