New Products This Month
November already! With Halloween behind us and Bonfire night impending, the countdown to Christmas has really begun. I’m sure you are all raring to get on with production as it is, so I won’t keep you long this month.
A whole new range for us at Walker Humphrey this month is the Pastry Chef Ready-to-Use Pastry Cases. Available in five sizes: 45mm deep fill, 65mm shallow fill, 95mm shallow fill, 180mm shallow fill and 215mm shallow fill. All sizes are available in four types of pastry: sweet, savoury, all-butter and chocolate. These pastry cases are ready to be filled with your choice of fillings, perfect for everything from jam tarts to quiches and everything in between. Don’t forget to pair with our John Morley Premium Mincemeat to make your own mince pies.
Renshaw’s are spoiling us this month with a range of four new products. Firstly, we have two new additions to the Renshaw Professional range. Autumnal Gold and Latte are both available in 12x250g packs and bring two colours of the moment to the forefront of celebration cake work. A new edition to the Renshaw Extra range is Marshmallow Flavour. This white icing has all the properties you know and love about Extra, but with an added marshmallow flavour. Finally, the classic Flower and Modelling Paste has been repackaged in a 6x1kg pack size, meaning that larger models have never been more cost effective to produce.
Our last addition this month comes from Pin-it Pastry. After the success of the Pin-it Pastry rolls we have now added to our line up Pin-it Puff Pastry Blocks. Packed in a 2x5kg pack, these blocks are a cost-effective way to get your hands on Pin-It’s high quality pastry.
