1000g Craigmillar Plain Muffin & Cake mix
Place mix into a machine bowl fitted with a beater.
Add water and mix for 1 minute on first speed.
Mix for 1 minute on second speed.
Scale at 100gms into muffin cases.
Bake at 195°c (385°f) for approximately 25 – 30 minutes.
