With the post-Christmas lull far behind us, what better time to start looking at some new products to bring something different to your customers.
We are excited to launch a new Raspberry & Prosecco Pie Filling from John Morley. Prosecco flavour is set to be a big trend in 2019 and this ready-to-use pie filling will enable you to get ahead of the curve.
Another new product this month is Rowse Blended Honey. In a 14kg pail this honey, made from a blend of honeys from around the world, is perfect for bakery needs. With its high fructose content, it is ideal as a sweetener in baked goods and as honey also has a high pH its acidity helps inhibit the growth of mould and therefore is beneficial in extending shelf life.
Traditionally a Lancashire staple, the delicious flaky pastry crust, filled with currants, otherwise known as the Eccles Cake is now even easier to produce as we can now offer a bake-stable Eccles Cake filling from John Morley. This product is made to order to provide the maximum shelf life, please contact customer services for further information on lead-times.
Finally, don’t forget the four recent newcomers to the Renshaw Professional Range. Cassis, Sapphire Blue, Cool Grey and Dark Brown are fantastic additions to the ensemble of colours already on offer. With the rise of metallic silver in sugarcraft, cool grey makes the perfect base to paint or spray silver onto. Dark brown is ideal for tree trunks and animal fur while sapphire blue and cassis are both colours of the moment, and are sure to attract customers’ attention.
